  • Community Activities: Users may create or join groups within the Service (“Community Groups”). House of Ministry is not responsible for the actions, events, or activities of these groups. Participation is at your own risk.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.

Mobile Text Services

By opting into our text message service, you agree to receive updates, promotions, and event notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end or HELP for assistance.

Submissions

Any feedback, comments, or other materials submitted to House of Ministry are considered non-confidential and become our property. By making a submission, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and modify the content for any purpose.

Children’s Use

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. For users aged 13-18, parental consent is required.

Donations

All donations processed through our Service are final. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment processors.

Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. Class actions and collective arbitrations are not permitted.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the courts of United States, Arizona.

Miscellaneous

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
